TN Visas
The TN visa is a visa category that was created as part of the NAFTA agreement of the U.S., Canada and Mexico. It allows Canadian and Mexican citizens to enter the U.S. to work in one of the job categories specified in the Agreement. The employee must be offered employment that is listed in NAFTA, and the employee must satisfy the requirements associated with the job category.
